Robert Byars Stewart

Robert Byars Stewart became a partner in the firm in 2007. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1994 and to the State Bar of Mississippi in 1996. Rob attended Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, North Carolina from 1987 until 1988, and graduated in 1991 from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management. Thereafter, in 1994 he graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, Rob served as a Senior Editor on the Law and Psychology Review, was elected as the President of the International Law Society and was inducted into the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society. Rob has practiced primarily in the areas of products liability, industrial accidents, and construction and commercial litigation.
