Angela Collier Shields
Angela Collier Shields was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1999. Angela attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham on a golf scholarship and graduated with a B.A. in History. She attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where she graduated cum laude in 1999. She was also selected as a member of Curia Honoris in April 2000. Angela is admitted to practice in the State of Alabama, the United States District Courts of the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
Her areas of practice include residential and commercial construction litigation, personal injury, public sector litigation, and premises liability. She has been involved in hundreds of cases representing residential homebuilders and commercial construction companies and has been recognized numerous times by The Best Lawyers in America for construction law.
